AOC’s DEFIANCE Act Aims to End Deepfake Pornography

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is leading efforts to combat non-consensual, sexually explicit deepfake imagery through the Disrupt Explicit Forged Images and Non-Consensual Edits (DEFIANCE) Act of 2024.
