El Instituto Politécnico Nacional enfrenta una crisis académica con repercusiones a nivel nacional, tras la publicación del Nuevo Modelo Educativo y las protestas subsiguientes.
Se han vivido horas intensas en el histórico Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) donde después de darse a conocer las implicaciones del Nuevo Modelo Educativo los estudiantes han decidido protestar primero en la Escuela Superior de Ingeniería y Arquitectura (ESIA) en Zacatenco al norte de la Ciudad de México y en el Cecyt 14, y las Vocacionales 7 y 10 del Instituto Politécnico Nacional para luego llamar a un paro general de actividades el próximo 30 de septiembre
