Video: How to Get Gold Notes on Instagram?

Instagram’s Gold Mode is a feature that allows users to change the color of their Notes text to gold. This can make your messages more visually appealing and help them stand out among other plain text notes. As of now, Gold Mode is the only available color change option, but Instagram may introduce additional color options in the future.

How to Turn Instagram Notes Gold

Open Instagram: Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
Go to Notes: Access the Notes feature by going to your Direct Messages (DMs). You’ll find it at the top of your DMs screen.
Compose a Note: Write a note like you normally would.
Use Special Words or Emojis: Include any of the following words or emojis to turn your Note gold:
- Words: Gold, Olympics, Olympiad, Olympian, Medal, Podium, GOAT, Champion, Victory, Torch, etc.
- Emojis: 🥇 (gold medal), 🏅 (medal), 🐐 (GOAT)
Post Your Note: Once you post, your Note will automatically turn gold if it includes any of the trigger words or emojis.

Example Note

You can write something like: “Feeling like a Champion 🥇 as we watch the Olympics!”

Limitations of Gold Mode

Currently, Gold Mode only supports the gold color. If you try typing in other colors like “Red,” the text will not change color. Instagram may update this feature in the future to include more color options, but for now, gold is the exclusive color available.
